Payment Policy

*Prices are in US dollars.
*Payments only accepted through Paypal.
*Note: you can pay without a Paypal account with your credit card, Just choose the option 'Paypal' and then find the option 'pay by credit card'.
*Payment is expected at time of purchase and items will not ship until payment has cleared. If payment is not received the order will be canceled.

Shipping Policy


* All Lunahoo jewellery is hand-made to order 

* We post your order within 3-5  working days of receiving payment (usually sooner). If you need your order to ship out quickly please contact us via email to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to accommodate you.

* Usually the orders  takes to arrive 1-2 weeks to Europe, 2-3 weeks to overseas orders. The shipping time is out of our control, sometimes it may be big delays happen due to the bad  weather conditions or other controls and circumstances. Please, contact us if you have not received the package.

* The buyer is responsible for customs fees.
* Once items are shipped, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like your item insured, please contact us.
* If you accidentally provide wrong shipping info and the package is returned to me or if the package is refused and is returned to me, I ask that you must pay for shipping again in order for me to send again.

Return an refund Policy

* If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us as soon as possible and we will work to fix it.
* We will accept returns up to 7 days after the item was received for the buyer. You must send us an email informing us that you are intending to ship something back. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were when we sent them( including the original packaging). Don't alter something, decide you don't like it and ship it back.
* We will refund purchase price, but not shipping fees, once we are able to inspect the item.
* Unfortunately we don't accept returns from CUSTOM ORDERS 
* For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
* If you damage, lose or break a part of your jewelry, We'd be happy to repair it for you for a fee if we still have the same materials. Please contact us and we will work something out together.
* Items should  be returned in their original packaging.
